Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Rose & Castle is an online retailer based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Once an order is confirmed and payment received, a contract is formed. All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery via Royal Mail on all orders. We also ship internationally — costs and times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or international customs.

5. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

6. Products

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
